Steps to get your food truck

  1. You want to buy a food truck and visit your favorite food truck manufacturing company.
  2. You look at different food truck options then you select the food truck and upgrades you want.
  3. You then receive a quote showing the price, upgrades, and other information.
  4. You review the quote and decide you are interested in getting the food truck and apply.
  5. If you cannot qualify for financing and you have enough funds for a 30% deposit… you then call Equipment Rental Center, LLC (ERC) to get information about our Lease-to-Own options.
  6. ERC will go over the following information with you;
    • How the Lease-to-Own program works and the process.
    • Based on the purchase “quote” you received for the food truck you want, ERC will provide lease quotes based on different deposit sizes, and number of years for the lease.  If you are interested…
    • You apply and review the terms of the ERC lease. If you are interested…
    • ERC reviews your application, if there are no concerns, we move forward to the lease paperwork.
  7. ERC prepares for review and signing the “Reservation and Commitment” agreement and get an initial deposit from you.
  8. ERC then contacts your favorite Food Truck Sales Co to initiate the order for the food truck based on the quote you provided ERC.
  9. The Food Truck Co will provide engineering plans, time frame to finish, and other basic info needed for us to prepare the Lease Agreement.
  10. You review and sign the Lease Agreement with ERC and provide the balance of deposit.
  11. ERC will then start the process to buy the food truck that you want.
  12. You will also be signing the food truck purchase agreement as confirmation that ERC is buying the food truck you selected.
  13. You will be communicating directly with the Food Truck Sales Co as to the manufacturing progress of the food truck until the food truck is ready for pick up.
  14. Once the Equipment is ready, the Food Truck Co calls you regarding the delivery date/location of the food truck and what is needed at that time.
  15. Pick-up date; you will need an ID, to do a food truck inspection and go over the use of equipment and warranty information. You will sign a food truck receipt and pick up the food truck.

VERY IMPORTANT;

Although ERC will be the buyer of the food truck, ERC will be buying (a) the food truck with upgrades you selected (b) based on the purchase terms you negotiated, (c) at the manufacturing company you selected, and (d) a food truck you plan to own at the end of the lease.

With that in mind, as if you were the actual buyer yourself at the time ERC buys the food truck, you need to ask and get any and all information needed directly from the manufacturing company. All information related to the food truck, upgrades, timeframe, operation, permits, licensing, warranty, and other information must come directly from the food truck manufacturing company. ERC can answer all questions about the lease process/agreement, it will be the manufacturing company to answer questions about the food truck.
