Important Notice Regarding Ownership and Responsibilities

While ERC will be the legal purchaser and owner of the food truck during the lease term, please note the following:

  • The truck will be purchased from the manufacturing company chosen by you and built to your specifications.
  • ERC is not responsible for negotiating terms, inspecting the build, or managing warranties.
  • You must obtain all details from the manufacturer regarding:
    • Truck specifications and upgrades
    • Estimated build time
