IMPORTANT NOTICE:

While ERC will be the legal buyer/owner for the food truck acquisition, it is essential to clarify the purchasing process:

(a) ERC will purchase the food truck, including any upgrades selected by the Customer.

(b) The purchase terms will be based on negotiations conducted by the Customer.

(c) The food truck will be acquired from the manufacturing company chosen by the Customer.

(d) The food truck is intended for ownership by the Customer at the end of the lease term.

Given these specifications, it is crucial for the Customer to directly gather all necessary information from the manufacturing company. This includes details regarding the food truck, upgrades, timeframe, operation, permits, licensing, warranty, and any other pertinent information.

ERC will be available to address inquiries regarding the lease process and agreement. However, all questions related to the food truck itself should be directed to the manufacturing company. This ensures that ERC receives accurate and comprehensive information to facilitate the acquisition process and subsequent lease agreement.
